The $1,000 purchase
The one-time price is $1,000 USD plus applicable taxes at checkout. It includes the versioned member bundle and the permissions stated in its included-asset schedule. It is not a subscription. The founding offer is limited to 100 paid memberships; a free update request does not reserve a place.
Supplier and contact
Jersey Publishers LLC is the intended product supplier and licensor. Product and purchase questions can be sent to info@jerseypublishers.com. The named checkout provider handles payment and protected delivery under its own terms; the final listing must identify it before purchases open.
Included materials
Prepared Secret Club bundle version 1.4 contains the Jerzpub Loop Workbench, original Loop ITTO worksheets and registers, Newsletter Funnel Kit 1.1, and their start guides, licenses and file manifests. The delivery manifest identifies the supplied versions and files. The full TOOLKIT Academy, unreleased applications, services and Lil Mechanics publishing rights are not included.
Newsletter kit member benefit
Version 1.4 includes the Newsletter Funnel Kit at no extra charge, using the same one authorized user as the Loop tools. Existing partnering members may request access after entitlement verification. Joining the free mailing list does not create paid-member eligibility. Verify your existing entitlement before buying the standalone kit. Its defined permissions and setup requirements appear in the newsletter kit product terms. This benefit does not open membership purchases or create a legal partnership.
Commercial-use scope
The proposed license is nonexclusive and covers one buyer—an individual or legal entity—with one authorized user for local use of the versions actually delivered. For the Jerzpub Loop Workbench and original Loop templates, the member may use them in their own business and create and sell their own completed plans, analyses and reports to clients. The newsletter component permits the buyer’s own business newsletter and completed newsletter or landing-page work for authorized clients with the necessary content and audience permissions. The underlying tools, skill, scripts, manuals and blank templates may not be resold, sublicensed or distributed, whether modified or unmodified. This restriction does not override mandatory rights or separate third-party and open-source permissions.
Third-party and open-source materials retain their own terms.
Perpetual use means continued local use of the delivered versions under the final license. It does not transfer copyright, exclusive ownership, trademarks, domains or third-party rights.
Access, updates and outside services
The buyer receives access to the included files through the checkout provider’s protected delivery process. Download and keep a backup. Future products, updates, ongoing support, perpetual hosting, third-party software subscriptions, advertising budgets and marketplace fees are not included unless expressly stated in the delivery schedule.
Business outcomes
This is a commercial product purchase, not an investment, equity stake, franchise, employment offer or legal partnership. The method helps organize work. Sales, profits and any particular result are not guaranteed. Jerzpub Loop’s commercial effectiveness is being measured and is not presented as proven earnings performance.
Refunds and consumer rights
The prepared offer provides a full refund on request for any reason within 30 days of the member purchase, through the original purchase platform. The included newsletter kit has no separate charge to refund. No bank processing time is promised. The final checkout must display this policy before purchases open. Privacy
