Commercial use of the included versions
The proposed, nonexclusive license covers the versions actually delivered to one buyer—an individual or legal entity—with one authorized user. The grant applies to the delivered Loop tools, worksheets and registers, with the Newsletter Funnel Kit’s component license using the same one authorized user.
- Keep and use the delivered versions locally without a recurring license fee, subject to the final license.
- Use the Loop Workbench and original Loop templates in your own business, and create and sell your own completed plans, analyses and reports to clients.
- Use the newsletter kit for your own business newsletter and completed newsletter or landing-page work for authorized clients with the required content and audience permissions.
- Do not resell, sublicense or distribute the underlying paid toolkit, skill, scripts, manuals or blank templates, whether modified or unmodified, subject to mandatory law and separate third-party permissions.
What the fee does not promise
It does not buy exclusive ownership, company equity, a legal partnership, another provider’s subscriptions, unlimited custom development, perpetual hosting, ongoing support or guaranteed income. Future products and updates are included only when expressly delivered under a dated asset schedule.
