Website and launch-list privacy notice

What you provide

The project form asks for your name, business email, business or project name, the constraint and desired outcome you select, your preferred timeframe, a short description, and an optional phone number. The membership-launch form asks for your name, email, business name, service area, New Jersey business-registration status, first digital goal, and whether you want a Founding Partner fit review. Forms may also store campaign-source information included in the page address.

How the information is used

Jersey Publishers uses submitted information to review your inquiry, decide whether the work may be a fit, respond to you, prepare for a first conversation, maintain inquiry and launch-interest records, send requested launch and promotional information, prevent abuse, understand campaign performance, and comply with applicable obligations.

Email-list choice

Submitting a project or fit-review request does not automatically subscribe you; its email-list choice is separate and optional. Joining the membership-launch update list requests promotional launch emails and therefore requires an affirmative email-list choice. Every commercial email will provide a way to opt out, and you may also ask to be removed by emailing Jersey Publishers.

Campaign activity

The Founding Partner page records limited campaign events such as a page view, form start, completed update-list signup, fit-review request, or offer exploration. These records may include a random session identifier and campaign source, medium, or campaign label. They are used to understand whether the launch funnel is working and do not include payment-card data.

Payments

The inquiry and fit-review forms do not collect payment. If an approved business later chooses a paid membership, payment may be completed through a separate hosted checkout. Jersey Publishers does not ask you to enter payment-card details into its own inquiry forms; the payment provider handles checkout information under its own terms and privacy notice.

What not to send

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, private communications, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through the project mapper.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, document the business relationship, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. You may ask about or request deletion of eligible inquiry information by contacting Jersey Publishers.
