Prepared edition 1.1 · September 25, 2026. Review the product description and license supplied with the delivered version before purchase. These terms describe this kit separately from Secret Club membership.
Supplier, price and delivery
Jersey Publishers LLC supplies the Newsletter Funnel Kit. The standalone price is $9.99 USD once, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. It is a digital download, not a physical product or a subscription to a newsletter service. Purchases remain closed pending final review and approval. A verified checkout link will be added only after that release decision.
Gumroad provides checkout and protected digital delivery under its own terms and privacy policy. Download the ZIP after purchase and keep your own backup. Product and purchase questions: info@jerseypublishers.com.
What is supplied
The delivered version contains a Codex skill, a setup and weekly handbook, four issue plans, editable HTML and plain-text newsletter and landing templates, consent and removal copy, working CSV registers, and a local Python helper for initialization, draft preparation, record checks, suppressions and metrics. The included instructions and file manifest identify the supplied files.
Created with AI, including generated text and code, with direction, editing and testing by Jersey Publishers. Human review does not establish exclusive copyright in AI-generated material.
Your permitted use
The nonexclusive license is for one buyer—an individual or legal entity—and one authorized user. It permits continued use of the delivered version, subject to its terms, without a recurring kit license fee. You may use the kit for your own business and produce completed, customized newsletter and landing-page outputs for clients.
You may not resell, sublicense or distribute the underlying paid kit or blank templates, modified or unmodified. The restriction does not override mandatory rights or separately applicable third-party and open-source permissions. No copyright ownership, exclusivity, trademarks, domains or another provider’s rights are transferred.
Setup and operational limits
The kit is for local preparation and review. Python 3.10 or later and basic terminal use are needed for its helper. A compatible Codex environment is needed to use the skill. Templates can be opened and edited separately.
No email provider account, hosted form, subscriber collection, domain authentication, network sending, scheduled task or model fine-tuning is installed by the download. External subscriptions, AI usage, hosting, sending costs, ongoing updates, perpetual hosting, implementation services and unlimited support are not included.
You remain responsible for the content and audience you use, appropriate permissions, provider settings, unsubscribe and suppression handling, and authorizing any send. Local checks rely on the records you provide; they do not independently validate provider settings, deliverability or legal compliance.
Partnering member access
The kit is included at no extra charge for verified Jersey Publishers partnering members. Contact us to request access and verify your entitlement before buying it separately. This benefit does not establish a legal partnership or open new membership purchases. No separate payment is made for a member copy; the terms of the membership purchase govern that transaction.
Refunds and consumer rights
A standalone buyer may request a refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase by contacting info@jerseypublishers.com with the order reference. Do not send card details. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain in place.
Results and privacy
No subscriber growth, sales, profit, inbox placement or particular result is guaranteed. This is a product purchase, not an investment, equity stake, employment offer or financial return.
The local helper has no network or sending capability. Opening links, using Codex or an external provider, publishing an adapted landing page, and taking payments involve those separate systems and their policies. See the Jersey Publishers privacy notice for this website and purchase support.
